Job Description

Oversee day-to-day IT operations across branches and the head office.
Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware. Coordinate with software vendors for core lending applications and system integrations. Ensure data security, backup management, and disaster recovery planning. Manage IT asset inventory and AMC renewals. Provide technical support and resolve user-level issues promptly. Implement IT policies, user access controls, and system audits. Support business process automation initiatives and efficiency improvements. Requirements: Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (preferred). 5+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management, preferably in the BFSI/NBFC domain. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, server management, cybersecurity, and cloud-based systems. Exposure to financial application support will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.
