Job Title: AI Content & SEO Operations Executive (Full-Time, In-Office)

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for operating our AI-based travel content engine — generating, optimizing, and publishing tourism content at scale using ChatGPT, WordPress, and SEO tools.
You are not a “writer” — you are the operator of an AI content system, ensuring every page that goes live is accurate, optimized, and visually clean.

Key Responsibilities

Generate structured travel content using ChatGPT for destinations, attractions, homestays, and experiences.

Upload, format, and publish content in WordPress using themes like GoExplore or custom templates.

Add SEO titles, descriptions, image alt tags, internal links, and maintain perfect site structure.

Use tools like RankMath or Yoast to optimize every page before publishing.

Track daily publishing in Google Sheets (destination, keyword, URL, status).

Verify facts (location, timings, names) before publishing.

Monitor indexing, fix SEO errors, and support content automation projects.

Coordinate daily with SEO Manager and Developer for site optimization and speed.

Required Skills

Solid understanding of WordPress CMS (page creation, categories, media, plugins).

Knowledge of basic SEO: keywords, meta tags, slugs, sitemap, internal links.

Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools for structured content creation.

Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel for workflow tracking.

Strong command of written English and attention to detail.

1–2 years experience in WordPress / SEO / Content Operations preferred.

Ability to handle high daily output (40–50 pages/day).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
