About the Role

Seeking a highly responsible, organized, and creative Content Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role is perfect for someone who is mature, proactive, and passionate about social media and wellness/nutrition content. You will manage content calendars, coordinate shoots, oversee posting across platforms, and ensure consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Coordinate and execute shoots – from ideation, scripting, and scheduling to on-ground execution.

• Handle end-to-end video production (basic editing skills a plus; coordination with editors if outsourced).

• Manage uploads, captions, tags, and optimization across platforms.

• Track analytics and insights, recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement.

• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to brand tone.

• Collaborate with the nutritionist/founder for ideas, brand messaging, and campaigns.

• Ensure smooth execution of collaborations with brands, agencies, and PR teams.

• Act as the point of contact for vendors (videographers, editors, photographers, studios if needed).

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content management, social media, or digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video platforms.

• Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Basic skills in video editing, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• A proactive, solution-oriented, and mature personality.

• Comfortable working from office in Mumbai (not remote).
