1. Digital Production Team (BA4 level)

Role-Specific Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  digital content production and publishing

  on AEM platform.
• Execute

  production briefs

  and build pages, assets, and workflows as per requests.
• Ensure timely delivery of content with

  quality assurance checks

  and alignment to approved brand and compliance guidelines.
• Work closely with onshore teams (UK) and offshore production units for delivery.
• Support operational efficiency in

  daily high-volume content activities

  .

Experience Required:

• 1+ years in digital production/content management.
• AEM hands-on experience is mandatory.

2. Digital Production Team (AVP level)

Role-Specific Responsibilities

• Act as the

  key relationship manager

  liaising with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Translate requests/briefs into actionable tasks for the production team.
• Manage schedules, priorities, and team resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the

  approval process

  and coordinate between business and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance, operational frameworks, and process standards.

3. Delivery Manager – Digital Content (Senior Role)
