Job Summary

Faxoc

Develop and execute a
content strategy
aligned with Faxoc’s vision, brand voice, and growth goals.
Manage content across multiple channels — website, blog, LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and community platforms.
Create, edit, and optimize
engaging content
(articles, case studies, videos, infographics, thought leadership pieces).
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and employer branding.
Ensure SEO optimization and track performance of content using analytics tools.
Build and manage a content calendar for consistent and timely publishing.
Coordinate with external writers, designers, and agencies where needed.
Monitor industry trends in HR, talent acquisition, and future of work to position Faxoc as a thought leader.
Manage content-related paid campaigns and measure ROI.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and content performance metrics.
Experience managing social media campaigns and corporate branding.
Creative mindset with ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
