Firstly, for our B2B SaaS products, you will focus on creating video walkthroughs, product tutorials, and help documentation. You will also design onboarding journeys, in-app tours, and support materials in collaboration with the support and customer success teams to enhance user adoption rates. Secondly, for our B2C applications, you will be tasked with developing awareness and educational content. This will include writing blog posts, recording short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts, and simplifying complex subjects into digestible content. You will also work on content that fosters trust with parents and learners, and contribute to defining the content calendar and SEO strategy. In addition to these specific responsibilities, you will also have shared tasks such as maintaining an organized content library, repurposing product content for marketing purposes, tracking content performance metrics, and ensuring a consistent brand tone across different products. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in content creation, customer education, or training. You must possess the ability to explain technical products and learning topics clearly and engagingly. Strong writing and video creation skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools like Loom, Camtasia, Canva, and CapCut. Familiarity with SaaS tools such as Intercom and Notion is also required, and a creative mindset with excellent attention to detail will be advantageous. While not mandatory, experience in SaaS or B2B software, knowledge of learning management systems or onboarding automation tools, and a background in customer education, support enablement, or client success would be beneficial.
