Job Description – Content Manager (Full-time, Mumbai, On-site) of Mrs Anushi Jain Founder of M/s Nutri Maven Position: Content Manager - Female Candidates Only Location: Mulund West, Mumbai (Work from Office – Not Remote) Type: Full-time About the Role Seeking a highly responsible, organized, and creative Content Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role is perfect for someone who is mature, proactive, and passionate about social media and wellness/nutrition content. You will manage content calendars, coordinate shoots, oversee posting across platforms, and ensure consistent brand presence. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Coordinate and execute shoots – from ideation, scripting, and scheduling to on-ground execution. Handle end-to-end video production (basic editing skills a plus; coordination with editors if outsourced). Manage uploads, captions, tags, and optimization across platforms. Track analytics and insights, recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement. Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to brand tone. Collaborate with the nutritionist/founder for ideas, brand messaging, and campaigns. Ensure smooth execution of collaborations with brands, agencies, and PR teams. Act as the point of contact for vendors (videographers, editors, photographers, studios if needed). Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content management, social media, or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video platforms. Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills. Basic skills in video editing, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. A proactive, solution-oriented, and mature personality. Comfortable working from office in Mumbai (not remote).
