Job Overview

Trypdeals Trip Planners is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service & Supplier Tie-up Executive to handle client communications, manage travel service inquiries, and build relationships with hotels, transport vendors, and activity partners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience — from initial inquiry to post-booking support — while also expanding our supplier network across destinations to secure competitive rates and quality services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Management

Handle inquiries and booking requests from customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and website chat.

Provide accurate tour information, package customization, and quotations as per client requirements.

Maintain timely follow-ups with leads until booking closure.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking confirmation and customer satisfaction.

Address customer concerns, rescheduling, or cancellations professionally and promptly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through polite and proactive communication.

2. Supplier Tie-up & Vendor Management

Identify and contact hotels, cab operators, travel agents, and activity providers for tie-ups across destinations.

Negotiate rates, inclusions, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective and quality partnerships.

Maintain and regularly update the Supplier Database with verified vendor details and rates.

Develop long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure priority support and best deals.

Coordinate with suppliers for booking confirmations, availability, and special requests.

3. Operations Coordination

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth tour execution and customer handling.

Verify all service details such as hotel vouchers, transport arrangements, and sightseeing inclusions before confirmation.

Handle last-minute changes or service requests efficiently.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily records of inquiries, conversions, and follow-up status.

Prepare weekly reports on customer interactions, supplier tie-ups, and new partnerships.

Share feedback from customers and suppliers with management for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service or supplier coordination, preferably in the travel industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or booking software.

Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.

Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Performance Metrics

Number of successful supplier tie-ups per month.

Customer satisfaction and repeat booking rate.

Conversion rate of inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Accuracy and timeliness of coordination and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
