Customer Service Assistant

You have an exciting opportunity to join the Front of House Team at Health Services Library situated within Southampton General Hospital as a Customer Services Assistant. In this role, you will deliver high-quality and professional customer service to everyone interacting with Library services. Your responsibilities will include answering customer queries in person, over the phone, and in an online environment. You may be required to move between sites if necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering high-quality and professional customer service - Answering customer queries in person, over the phone, and online - Being flexible to move between sites as needed Qualifications Required: - Retail or hospitality experience - Ability to work in a team in a customer-focused role The salary for this position ranges from 25,249 to 26,707 pro rata per annum. You will be entitled to 20 days of annual leave per year (pro rata), University Closure Days, a contributory pension scheme, and a structured training program. Candidates invited to interview will undergo a short IT and comprehension task as part of the process. This is a part-time position (26 hours per week) offered on a permanent basis.
