Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and close sponsorship deals for planned events Leverage existing corporate and sponsor networks to generate revenue from day one Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and business partners Create and present customized proposals and pitch decks Work closely with marketing and media teams to ensure aligned communication Maintain an active lead pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts Attend client meetings, networking events, and promotional activities Update CRM and provide regular progress reports Candidate Requirements Proven track record in corporate sales and event sponsorship acquisition Strong network of corporate contacts and sponsors Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Confidence in engaging with CXOs, brand managers, and marketing heads Experience working with marketing/media teams is an added advantage Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently What We Offer Fixed Salary: 40,000/month (Take-home) Incentives: 1–2% commission on every successful sponsorship deal Opportunity to work on high-visibility events with renowned brands A collaborative, energetic, and innovative work culture
