About The Role
The Enablement team at Ushur plays a strategic role in driving organizational growth by equipping internalteams, customers and partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. We design impactfullearning experiences , product training and resources that accelerate onboarding and improve productadoption. This is a full-time role for an Instructional Designer, located in Bengaluru. The InstructionalDesigner will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning solutions that drive learningoutcomes. This will include creating learning objectives, developing learning plans, and designing anddeveloping learning content. The role also includes working collaboratively with team members to deliverengaging and highly effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on assigned projects to develop a project framework and basic understanding of the subject matter.
- Create or collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content, including text, multimedia elements (such as videos, images, and audio), interactive elements, and assessments.
- Translate complex SaaS product features and workflows into clear, engaging learning content tailored to different user personas.
- Identify required conceptual procedural content, content sequencing, flow of information, and relevancy of media, using the instructional design models like ADDIE (Analyse, Design,
- Development, Implementation & Evaluation).
- Develop and integrate content, and materials, to meet detailed design, and standards, and support the overall learning goals and objectives in either e-learning, ILT, or vILT deliveries.
- Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design before delivery.
- Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders, analyze data on learning outcomes and user engagement, and iteratively improve the deliverables solution over time.
- Evaluate course assessment results and identify continuous improvement areas and enhancements based on lessons learned; modify process steps as appropriate for client situations.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in instructional design and e- learning to enhance your skills and expertise continuously.
Qualifications
- A degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Deep expertise in Articulate 360 – Storyline 360, Rise 360 products
- Familiarity with eLearning software such as Captivate, Camtasia , Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS publishing requirements.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Proficient in organizing complex information for learner accessibility.
- Continuous learning mindset and a proactive mindset towards working and building up working relations.
- Creative thinking about the best learning solution.
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a “can do” attitude
- Prior experience in a fast-based startup/SaaS based products ecosystem would be an added bonus
