Instructional Designer

As a Training Consultant L1 at Wipro Limited, your role involves managing Direct Managers (DMs) and/or Associate Managers (AMs) as either an individual contributor or a People Manager. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide expertise in finding solutions to various business problems related to training. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, designing, developing, delivering, and certifying trainers and master trainers on adult learning principles, facilitation skills, and coaching skills. - Collaborating with Line of Business (LOBs) and cross-functional project teams to identify training needs and conduct needs assessments for evaluating and developing training and instructional solutions. - Providing consulting related to training for organization-wide initiatives, designing, developing, and implementing training programs using various methods and formats. - Leading and delivering consulting engagements, managing client expectations, ensuring quality control and delivery assurance, and enhancing training programs by recommending and implementing innovative solutions. To succeed in this role, your ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and experience in working with multiple groups for application mapping will be essential. You should have good delivery and execution skills, demonstrate the capacity to resolve dependencies and conflicts, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in tools like Captivate, Storyline, or similar content designing and authoring tools, as well as training analytics, will be beneficial for designing effective training solutions.
