Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an E-learning Specialist. The E-learning Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing e-learning content, managing learning management systems (LMS), and facilitating digital learning and training programs. The role includes collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials, conducting needs assessments, and implementing innovative instructional strategies. The specialist will ensure that all learning content meets quality standards and is aligned with the learning objectives of our clients. Qualifications Instructional Design and Digital Learning skills Experience in Learning Management and Training & Development Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia Knowledge working on Video tools like Synthesia, Veed, etc. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Incorporate visuals, screenshots, or interactive elements using Rise 360 or other eLearning tools. Review and revise content based on feedback to ensure accuracy, clarity, and engagement. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, eLearning Designer, or similar role. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and eLearning best practices. Excellent writing and storytelling skills, capable of creating a warm, conversational tone. Proficiency in Rise 360 for creating interactive, engaging eLearning modules. Ability to simplify complex concepts and present actionable solutions. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
