Position Overview The Digital Instructional Designer plays a key role in shaping impactful learning experiences across the organization. Using proven instructional design methodologies and cutting-edge learning technologies, this role transforms validated technical content into engaging, scalable digital learning solutions tailored to diverse audiences. Working closely with Group Leads, Learning Program Managers, and subject matter experts, the Digital Instructional Designer ensures that learning content is not only accurate and accessible, but also aligned with adult learning principles and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Learning Design & Development Translate validated technical content into high-quality digital learning assets (e-learning modules, videos, simulations, games, job aids, etc.) ¢ ¢ Apply instructional design best practices to ensure content is engaging, inclusive, and learner-centric Leverage authoring tools and multimedia platforms to create interactive and visually compelling materials Test and troubleshoot all developed solutions to ensure functionality and user experience Collaboration & Project Management ¢ Partner with Group Leads, Learning Program Managers, and stakeholders to define learning needs, objectives, and outcomes ¢ ¢ ¢ Advise on the most effective learning formats and modalities based on audience and content Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with scope Report progress, risks, and delays to the Learning Program Manager Quality & Compliance ¢ ¢ Ensure all learning content adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards Continuously update materials based on learner feedback, new content, and evolving business needs [insert document title, industry or service line] Forvis Mazars 1

¢ Conduct research to stay current with trends in instructional design and digital learning Evaluation & Impact ¢ ¢ Collaborate with Learning Program Managers to assess learning effectiveness and outcomes Use learner data and feedback to inform continuous improvement Qualifications ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or digital learning development Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theories Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia production software Experience designing for multiple delivery formats (online, blended, mobile) Familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality Adaptability and self-motivation to work independently and in teams [insert document title, industry or service line] Forvis Mazars 2
