What You'll Bring Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 6+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment. Proven experience in managing governance frameworks, operational cadences, and reporting mechanisms. Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders in a fast-paced organization. Prior experience in managing budgets, resource planning, and infrastructure management is a plus. Experience in a technology or innovation-driven organization. Prior exposure to large-scale operational transformations or tech hub setups. Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
