Job Description

The Digital Content Creator or the Instructional Designer will support the Digital Content and Education team to design new or redesign existing courses within the SPA vocational product portfolio. This is an execution-focused, technically driven role requiring proficiency in multimedia production tools. The profile must have strong technical skills to manage the full creative cycle—from storyboarding to filming, editing, motion design, and SCORM integration using Articulate Storyline. Knowledge of AI-powered tools is expected. The Digital Content Creator will collaborate closely with Learning Designers and the Pedagogical Coordinator to meet the quality and technical standards, as well as the deadlines and priorities set by the Head Education and Digital. The Senior Account Manager (direct line) will temporarily act as Project Manager, ensuring daily coordination.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily responsibility:

• Follow the production map and use Microsoft Copilot 365 tools to design action scripts.

• Validate Action scripts with the Head of Education and Digital team.

• Interpret and transform scripts into storyboards that are visually creative and industry

relevant.

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos, audio, graphics, and motion design elements

ready for integration into digital assets.

• Create infographics, e-comics, and diverse visual formats to support content

engagement.


General responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to production timelines, coordinating closely with internal teams and

Head of Academic Projects especially on project status and progress updates on a weekly

basis.

• Actively seek and apply feedback from stakeholders to refine outputs and continuously

improve quality.

• Demonstrate a proactive mindset by suggesting technical, creative or process

improvements that could enhance production quality and efficiency

• Conduct ongoing trend monitoring to stay up to date with emerging multimedia, AI, and

learning design developments, and propose innovative ideas accordingly.



SKILLS FOR THE POSITION

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: MultiMedia Design / Digital Media or Graphic Design / Motion Design
  • Additional certifications in Instructional Design and learning design will be a great added value.
  • Use Microsoft Copilot 365 tools for scripting and initial content drafting.
  • Master Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) too:
  • Edit videos and audio with professional quality
  • Design motion graphics and interactive visuals


A plus:

  • Develop e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, including: SCORM/xAPI integration

Publishing and troubleshooting SCORM packages for LMS compatibility.

  • Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM...) to enhance learning impact.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for content creation and optimization.
