Position: Associate – New Business Location : WFO, Noida Sector 11 Type : Full-time Experience : 0–2 years Start Date: Immediate CTC : Up to 3 LPA About the Role HireDesigners, the world’s largest design recruitment agency, is looking for an Associate (New Business) to join our growing team. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and wants to be at the intersection of strategy, content, partnerships, and execution. You’ll be responsible for launching new revenue initiatives through curated events, podcasts, strategic partnerships, and creative services under our flagship properties: HuddleDesigners and HearDesigners. From proposals to podcast guest lists, you’ll help turn ideas into impact. Key Responsibilities Proposal & Pitch Deck Creation Assist in building custom pitch decks, sponsorship proposals, and marketing collateral for new business initiatives. Marketing & Campaign Execution Draft and schedule outreach communications emailers, LinkedIn messages, and social media content to attract new leads. Event Planning & Promotion Coordinate and promote HuddleDesigners events, handling speaker outreach, partner collaborations, and audience engagement. Podcast Coordination Support HearDesigners podcast production from guest research and outreach to scheduling and preparing content for each episode. Content Development Collaborate on campaign content including newsletters, social media posts, and marketing materials across both community and commercial verticals. Analytics & Reporting Track key metrics from campaigns, podcasts, and events, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes. Design & Brand Coordination Work with the design team to ensure visual consistency across all collaterals, digital campaigns, and communication. Cross-functional Support Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, cross-functional collaboration, and special initiatives across teams. Who You Are A graduate in any discipline, with 0-2 years of experience in business development, marketing or any vertical Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong research, organization, and multitasking abilities Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with leadership Looking forward to hearing from you.
