Role Overview:

You’ll make sure no warm lead goes cold, ever. Once the meeting is done, you take over. From sending proposals to timely follow-ups, check-ins, and reminders, you’ll be the reason prospects stay engaged, deals stay alive, and no opportunity is lost in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with every lead within 24 hours of their meeting.

- Send proposals, gather feedback, and keep communication loops active.

- Call or message warm leads weekly to keep them engaged until they convert.

- Maintain a strict follow-up tracker; no lead should go more than 5 days without contact.

- Identify “hot,” “warm,” and “cold” leads, and plan nurturing actions accordingly.

- Update CRM with every follow-up note, proposal status, and next action date.

- Work closely with the founder/sales head to push warm leads across the finish line.

- Reactivate dormant leads through structured outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Prior experience in client servicing, inside sales, or CRM operations.

- Strong follow-up discipline, you hate seeing leads go cold.

- Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive CRMs.

- Organised, proactive, and consistent: you’ll own the “after-meeting” part of the sales cycle.

KPI Metrics:

- 100% post-meeting follow-up within 24 hours.

- 90%+ of proposals sent within 48 hours of the meeting.

- No lead inactive for more than 5 days.

- Reactivation rate of dormant leads: 15–20% per month.

- Pipeline conversion rate improvement month-on-month.
