Job Title: E-Mail Deliverability Expert Location: Remote Reports To: Operations Manager About Us: Our emails don’t just need to be sent: they need to land , get opened, and drive action. We’re looking for someone who can make sure every campaign reaches inboxes, not spam folders, and turns into revenue. Your Mission: Own inbox placement. Build systems, strategies, and experiments that ensure our emails hit the right people at the right time with maximum impact. What You’ll Do: Monitor, analyze, and improve deliverability across all campaigns. Warm up IPs, domains, and maintain healthy sender reputations. Audit and optimize email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, etc.). Create processes to prevent blacklisting and resolve issues fast. Partner with marketing to design campaigns that boost open & click rates. Track inbox placement, sender scores, and continuously fine-tune performance. Must-Have Qualifications: Proven track record of improving deliverability for high-volume senders. Deep understanding of ESPs, SMTP, authentication protocols, and anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Hands-on experience with tools like Postmaster, GlockApps, SendForensics, etc. Strong analytical skills able to spot patterns and fix deliverability issues quickly.
