Overview

Growth Manager

You’ll take complete ownership of designing, executing, and scaling multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities:

Build and execute high-converting growth funnels across LinkedIn and email.
Deep-dive into campaign data to uncover insights and maximise ROI.
Collaborate with the creative, sales, and strategy teams to craft campaigns that resonate with decision-makers.
Automate and streamline reporting using dashboards and growth tools.
Constantly scout for new platforms, tactics, and experiments to stay ahead of the market curve.
Own performance metrics end-to-end, from traffic generation to booked meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

4-8 years of proven experience in growth marketing, ideally in B2B or lead-gen agencies.
Strong analytical mindset, you love dashboards, KPIs, and optimisation loops.
Hands-on with marketing automation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Curious, experimental, and agile, you test fast, learn faster, and pivot when needed.
Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate across departments.
