🚀 We’re Hiring – Growth Manager (GM) Company: Sure Growth Solution IMF Pvt Ltd (Shield Sure) Location: PAN India (Field Job) Industry: Insurance & Financial Services 🔹 Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and ambitious professionals to join us as Growth Managers (GM) . As a GM, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and driving a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly business targets under the Shield Sure brand. You will play a strategic role in expanding our sales footprint, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through effective team management and business development initiatives. 🔹 Key Responsibilities (KRA): ✅ Recruit, train, and manage a team of 10 Sr. FDOs and 100 FDOs (through them). ✅ Achieve monthly team target. ✅ Drive business from field sales & Sr.Field Sales Officers and ensure consistent policy closures. ✅ Track and improve sales performance through regular review meetings. ✅ Collaborate with the Director and company leadership for strategic growth plans. ✅ Ensure customer retention and deliver high-quality service experience. 🔹 Eligibility: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Insurance / Financial Products / BFSI sector . Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving business targets. Excellent communication, motivation, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage large field teams. 💰 Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 / month Incentive: Up to 26% on self business contribution 2% on overall team revenue Monthly earning potential: ₹1.5 – ₹7.5 Lakh+ based on performance 🌟 Why Join Shield Sure?
