🔹 Role Overview:

Growth Managers (GM)

As a GM, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and driving a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly business targets under the Shield Sure brand.

You will play a strategic role in expanding our sales footprint, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue through effective team management and business development initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities (KRA):

10 Sr. FDOs

✅ Achieve monthly team target.

✅ Drive business from field sales & Sr.Field Sales Officers and ensure consistent policy closures.

✅ Track and improve sales performance through regular review meetings.

✅ Collaborate with the Director and company leadership for strategic growth plans.

✅ Ensure customer retention and deliver high-quality service experience.

🔹 Eligibility:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in

  Sales / Insurance / Financial Products / BFSI sector

  .
• Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving business targets.
• Excellent communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage large field teams.

💰 Compensation:

• Fixed Salary:

  ₹50,000 / month

• Incentive:

• Up to 26%

  on self business contribution

• 2%

  on overall team revenue
• Monthly earning potential:

  ₹1.5 – ₹7.5 Lakh+

  based on performance
