Overview

Marketing Lead

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute campaigns to generate inbound interest and build brand credibility.
Manage LinkedIn content strategy and paid ad execution.
Oversee email and content marketing initiatives.
Analyse campaign results and suggest optimisation strategies.
Work with founders on positioning, outreach strategy, and client communication.

What We’re Looking For:

5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency or B2B environment.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and CRM tools.
Strong analytical mindset and storytelling ability.
Someone proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple campaigns.
