Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the companys product/s, aiming to increase market share, customer acquisition, and retention.Content Writing:o Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, articles, social media posts, emails, websites, and more.o Develop content strategies tailored to target audiences and business objectives.o Research industry trends and topics to ensure relevant and fresh content ideas.Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and customer-facing channels.Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, and other channels) to drive lead generation, awareness, and customer engagement.Digital Marketing: Oversee the companys digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.Reporting & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and foster customer relationships.Public Relations: Develop and maintain media relationships and work on PR strategies to enhance the companys public image.Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting goals, and monitoring performance to achieve KPIs.
