About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a period of 3 months. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources. You will work closely with various departments to support HR operations and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in HR and understand how human resources functions within a professional environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates

• Supporting the coordination of training programs

• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

• Assisting in handling employee inquiries and requests

• Contributing to the resolution of basic employee-related issues

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Masters degree program in Human Resources or a related field

• Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn and grow in the field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or ongoing)

• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges.

• An interest in construction, arbitration, or the legal sector is a plus but not required.
