Head of Marketing

Overview:

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who can build and lead the entire marketing function of our lead generation agency. You’ll be responsible for positioning our brand, building supporting outbound campaigns, and scaling our overall visibility in the B2B space.

This role requires a mix of leadership, strategy, and execution, someone who can both set direction and get hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on B2B lead generation and client acquisition.
• Build brand authority through social content, case studies, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align messaging and campaign objectives.
• Lead a team managing content and email marketing.
• Track marketing KPIs (MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, etc.) and report outcomes.
• Oversee agency branding, website, and communication consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or agency environments.
• Strong grasp of lead generation, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Proven ability to build teams and scale growth functions.
• A hands-on problem-solver with strong creative and analytical balance
