Senior Business Development Associate

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and open-to-learning Business Development Executive to join our team. Outreach will be managed by us, your primary responsibility will be to attend prospect meetings, understand client needs, and drive meaningful business discussions towards closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled client/prospect meetings generated through outreach efforts.
• Understand client requirements and present solutions effectively.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster trust and long-term collaboration
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Follow up on meetings to move discussions forward and close opportunities.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to confidently represent the company.

What We're Looking For

• 2 Years of experience in this role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, confident, and willing to learn.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle client conversations with professionalism.
• Prior sales/BD experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
