Role: Direct Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales:

  Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.

• Consultative Selling:

  Understand the academic needs of students and parents and recommend tailored solutions to improve product adoption.

• Revenue Growth:

  Strategize and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement and referrals.

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.

• Home Conductions:

  Visit leads at their homes to engage in person and demonstrate the product effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience
• At least 1 year of EdTech experience (preferably in K-12 or test prep)
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
  

Work Conditions

• 6-day work week (Monday fixed off)
• Must own a laptop/device for work-related tasks
