Responsibilities:

• Work directly with founders to prioritise, track, and execute high-impact business goals.
• Turn ideas into action, from strategic partnerships to new growth initiatives.
• Build alignment across sales, marketing, and operations by streamlining communication.
• Own and drive special projects, whether it’s scaling new systems, entering new markets, or refining internal processes.
• Prepare reports, business updates, and investor decks with precision and insight.
• Anticipate problems before they surface and proactively create solutions.
• Act as the bridge between founders and teams, ensuring accountability and measurable progress.

• 5-10 years of experience in consulting, operations, or strategic execution.
