Job Title: HR Recruiter Experience Required: 0–2 Years Location: Noida Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a professional and seamless hiring experience Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver talent within set timelines Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies while staying updated with current recruitment trends Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports accurately and promptly.
