Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design engaging lesson content for digital learning modules.
• Develop instructional strategies that balance delivering value with readability and learner engagement.
• Structure lessons for optimal retention, focusing on early content to maximize learner engagement.
• Ensure lessons are clear, concise, and conversational.
• Incorporate visuals, screenshots, or interactive elements using

  Rise 360

  or other eLearning tools.
• Review and revise content based on feedback to ensure accuracy, clarity, and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, eLearning Designer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and eLearning best practices.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, capable of creating a warm, conversational tone.
• Proficiency in

  Rise 360

  for creating interactive, engaging eLearning modules.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and present actionable solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
