Elearning Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an E-learning Specialist. The E-learning Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing e-learning content, managing learning management systems (LMS), and facilitating digital learning and training programs. The role includes collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials, conducting needs assessments, and implementing innovative instructional strategies. The specialist will ensure that all learning content meets quality standards and is aligned with the learning objectives of our clients.

Qualifications

• Instructional Design and Digital Learning skills
• Experience in Learning Management and Training & Development
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Knowledge working on Video tools like Synthesia, Veed, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
