Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and continuously motivate a team of Sales Managers and/or Sales Officers to achieve business targets. Collections & Recovery Management: Keep track of collections and recovery efforts, ensuring that delinquency rates remain below permissible limits. Implement strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize recovery processes. Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. Excellent recruitment, training, and coaching skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer dynamics.
