Job Description

As a valued member of the TE team, you will play a crucial role in establishing program metrics, monitoring programs and projects to enhance products and processes, and aligning them with the business strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand key customer needs from user data and feedback, collaborate with functional and team leaders to include and implement recommendations. - Monitor performance of existing solutions, identify opportunities based on user data and industry trends. - Coordinate with key stakeholders and business partners to recommend priorities and strategies, driving optimization using data. - Utilize reports and analytics to recommend roadmaps and key decisions, communicate strategy and solutions to critical stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineering. - Previous experience and deep understanding of Lean tools and methodologies. - Six Sigma Green Belt trained with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as good business acumen. - Adaptable, flexible, and responsive in a rapidly-changing, process-improvement synergy-focused environment. - Excellent coaching skills at all levels, from the shop floor to top management. - Knowledge in wiring harness, plastic injection molding, metal stamping processes is advantageous. - Proficiency in layout planning tools (AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus. **About TE Connectivity:** TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader focused on creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
