Training Consultant - L1

Role Overview: As a Training Consultant L1 at Wipro Limited, your main responsibility will be to plan, design, develop, deliver, and certify trainers on adult learning principles, facilitation skills, and coaching skills. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, conduct assessments, and develop effective training solutions. Additionally, you will provide consulting services for organization-wide initiatives, design and implement training programs using diverse methods, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, develop, deliver, and certify trainers & master trainers on adult learning principles, facilitation skills & coaching skills. - Collaborate with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify training needs. - Conduct needs assessments, develop training solutions, and assess training effectiveness. - Provide consulting on training for organization-wide initiatives and projects. - Design, develop, deliver, and consult on various training projects and instructional programs. - Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance training programs. - Lead and deliver consulting engagements, manage client expectations, quality control, and delivery assurance. - Research advancements in learning management systems and instructional design methods. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs. - Facilitate the adoption of technical platforms to enhance content delivery. Qualifications Required: - Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple groups. - Good delivery and execution skills with the ability to resolve conflicts. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. - Proficiency in content designing & authoring tools like Captivate, Storyline, or similar. - Experience with training analytics to design effective training solutions.,
