Job Description

You will be joining Talent Worx, a growing services & recruitment consulting firm, to work for our client, a leading Big4 Consulting firm specializing in financial intelligence, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. This role offers you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, drive digital transformation, and contribute to shaping the future of global markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead SAP Implementation projects, having managed at least 2 implementations end to end - Demonstrate strong Functional knowledge in SAP Modules like FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM (excluding experience in ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, and HCM) - Work on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC - Utilize project management skills effectively - Engage with MNCs/International clients - Utilize Project Management Tools efficiently - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation skills - Possess certifications like PMP/Agile/Scrum Master/Prince2 (preferred) - Showcase good leadership, inter-personal, and motivational skills - Utilize Cloud solutions experience - Apply Activate Methodology experience **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent - Proficient in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency - Knowledge and experience of agile, lean, and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, etc.) - Ability to interact professionally, diplomatically, and tactfully with all levels of the organization - Possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills - Flexibility to travel (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
