In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP PP and QM modules to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure quality control across production environments. You will manage a talented team of consultants and work closely with clients to understand their business needs, guide them through solution design, and ensure successful deployment of SAP solutions. Your leadership will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in production planning and quality management. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP PP/QM implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and implementation strategies related to SAP PP and QM solutions Oversee the configuration and integration of SAP PP/QM with other modules (e.g., MM, SD) to streamline operations Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support throughout project execution Conduct regular project reviews, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success Champion continuous improvement initiatives and create best practices in production planning and quality management processes Required Qualifications: Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days A minimum of 9- 15 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects Strong understanding of production planning, quality management processes, and industry best practices Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC is required Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions Benefits Talworx is an emerging recruitment consulting startup, hiring for our client which is a leading big 4: Our client is a British multinational professional services network headquartered in London, England.
