Supporting operation team for Management of Change (MOC) by providing schemes with complete technical backup. 8. Ideation, detailing and implementation of continual improvement in QCDSE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Environment). 9. Evaluating existing production norms and proposal preparation for meeting and improving norms. Functional | Technical Knowledge Required for this Role : Knowledge of chemical processes and unit operations including batch and continuous. Basic process calculations e.g. Equipment sizing, line sizing. Preparation of energy and mass balance calculations. Knowledge of Excel, word & AutoCAD software. Process, SOPs and Critical parameters. Knowledge of HAZOP, HIRA and QEMS. Knowledge of ASPEN and HTRI / EDR tools is preferrable. Practical experience for preparation and reviewing of PD, PFD, PID, PDS & IPDS. Technical knowledge on treatment of effluents. Educational Qualification | Experience (in years) | Exposure Required: B Tech Chemical with 3-7 years of experience in Chemical process in technical services/ Process engineering/ technology transfer/Design.
