Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification. • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. • Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile practices and SDLC. • Proficiency in Jira, Trello, MS Office, and Windows OS. • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. • Analytical and problem-solving mindset. • High attention to detail and quality. • Effective multitasking and time management. • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
