Specialist PMO

As a Scrum Master at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving agile delivery across multiple technology-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews across multiple scrum teams - Coaching teams on agile principles to foster continuous improvement and self-organization - Collaborating with the Project Manager to align sprint goals with strategic business objectives - Tracking and communicating team progress, velocity, utilization, capacity planning, and delivery metrics to stakeholders - Promoting transparency and trust across teams and leadership - Supporting backlog refinement and ensuring stories are well-defined and prioritized - Championing agile tools and frameworks to optimize SDLC efficiency To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or product-driven environment - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred - Strong understanding of agile frameworks - Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills - Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools - Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholder alignment - Empathetic communicator with a bias for action and continuous improvement Join us in our mission to drive agile delivery and foster a culture of collaboration across our organization.,
