Job Title: Scrum Master – Strategic Project Delivery

Location: Pune

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across multiple technology-driven initiatives. You’ll partner closely with our Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business outcomes, foster a culture of collaboration, and champion agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews across multiple scrum teams
• Coach teams on agile principles, fostering continuous improvement and self-organization
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to align sprint goals with strategic business objectives
• Track and communicate team progress, velocity, utilization, capacity planning and delivery metrics to stakeholders
• Promote transparency and trust across teams and leadership
• Support backlog refinement and ensure stories are well-defined and prioritized
• Champion agile tools and frameworks to optimize SDLC efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or product-driven environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholder alignment
• Empathetic communicator with a bias for action and continuous improvement
