Scrum Master, VP

As a Scrum Master at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that your team adheres to the values of Scrum, empowering them to achieve high performance levels and enhancing productivity, transparency, frequency, and quality of delivery. Your Key Responsibilities: - Coach and guide your team to perform at their highest level and sustainable pace - Remove impediments to progress, facilitate meetings, and protect the team from external influences - Collaborate with the product owner to ensure the product backlog is well-prepared for the next sprint - Ensure your team understands Agile practices, Scrum framework, and values to deliver working software that meets customer needs promptly - Transform your team into a self-organizing unit to reduce management overhead costs and elevate Agile maturity Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Act as the process owner for the team and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Foster a trusting and safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of blame - Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution - Encourage team building to enhance communication, transparency, and information sharing with all involved parties Qualifications Required: - Minimum twelve plus years of successful Scrum adoption experience with a Scrum Master certification - Proficiency in modern development practices and tools like extreme programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration - Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency - Experience in building a culture of transparency within feature teams and inspiring collaborative performance,
