Key Responsibilities: Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple agile teams. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, etc. Remove impediments that hinder the teams progress and escalate when necessary. Foster collaboration between Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders. Monitor sprint progress, ensure team velocity is on track, :and deliver actionable insights through metrics (burndown, velocity, etc.). Advocate Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams. Guide the team on self-organization and cross-functionality. Support product owners in backlog grooming and prioritization. Requirements: 8+ years of total experience, with 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master in software product development. Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and SDLC. Hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps. Proven ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred. Bonus: Exposure to SAFe, Kanban, or other agile methodologies.

Key Expectations:- 10+ years of Siebel CRM experience and at least 5+ years of CRM Design expertise in Telecom. Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into a system designs of various functional modules like Customer Management, Sales, Order management, Assurance, Contract and partner & territory management. Perform the gap analysis between new business requirements and as-is functionalities. Possess good understanding on Siebel system architecture and have good knowledge on Telecom domain and CRM domain knowledge. Have good knowledge and hands-on experience on various Siebel technical areas like Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Integration, Order. Management workflow, RTEs, Open UI etc.Ability to model and design the new services launched by business with shorter TTM. Role & responsibilities Minimum one year of Workato experience (more is a plus). Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders, showing the projects budget status, actuals and remaining funds. Create weekly/monthly reports highlighting project health, progress and key metrics. Report risks and issues with mitigation plans to keep stakeholders informed. Conduct formal reviews to ensure deliverables quality, obtain approvals and assess risks. Record stage gate decisions and monitor performance to maintain consistency across phases. Evaluating progress: Take a leading role in evaluating the product progress through each iteration.
