Key Responsibilities: Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple agile teams. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, etc. Remove impediments that hinder the teams progress and escalate when necessary. Foster collaboration between Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders. Monitor sprint progress, ensure team velocity is on track, :and deliver actionable insights through metrics (burndown, velocity, etc.). Advocate Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams. Guide the team on self-organization and cross-functionality. Support product owners in backlog grooming and prioritization. Requirements: 8+ years of total experience, with 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master in software product development. Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and SDLC. Hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps. Proven ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred. Bonus: Exposure to SAFe, Kanban, or other agile methodologies.

What will your essential responsibilities include? Coaches the Scrum Team and removes impediments escalating when appropriate.
