You’ll be an innovative thinker who can identify opportunities and design solutions, coupled with the ability to develop complex automation code. You’ll have a good understanding of Agile methodologies with experience of working in an Agile team, with the ability to relate everyday work to the strategic vision of the feature. We’ll Also Look For You To Have Two to four years of experience in designing and executing automated test scripts and test cases using Selenium, Java, Maven, and Cucumber across various automation frameworks; exposure to Silk Test and Silk4J is a plus Hands-on experience with system and application integration testing for ATM Switches hosted on Mainframe, including deep understanding of ISO 8583, EMV standards, retail banking domain, and technologies such as CICS, COBOL, JCL, and DB2, using simulators like MAS, VTS, and Lexcel LIS5 Proven ability to track and report test execution progress and effectiveness, proactively identifying risks and escalating blockers to Quality Leads or Quality Managers Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management level colleagues Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
