Senior Associate/Scrum Master

You will be joining our Technology team as a Scrum Master to support Banking initiatives. Your role will be crucial in enabling Agile delivery, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring successful execution of large-scale initiatives across banking products and platforms. - Champion and uphold Agile and Scrum values, principles, and best practices within cross-functional teams. - Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) ensuring time-boxing and productivity. - Identify, track, and resolve team-level impediments and dependencies for smooth delivery flow. - Coach teams in self-organization, continuous improvement, and Agile maturity for delivering high-quality business value. - Support teams in achieving sprint goals, creating meaningful increments, and aligning with broader program objectives. - Partner with stakeholders and product owners to ensure clear requirements and transparent communication. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date metrics using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence. - Promote Agile culture, servant leadership, and continuous learning environment. Solid understanding of Capital Markets, Asset Management, Budget Management, Finance, and relevant banking processes. Working knowledge of SEPA and ISO 20022 standards preferred. - Scrum, Agile Methodologies, Kanban, Scaled Agile Frameworks. - Agile Leadership, Lean, Servant Leadership. - Business Process Improvement, Cross-functional Team Leadership. - Requirements Gathering & Analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 6-9 years of total experience, with 3+ years specifically as a Scrum Master. - Prior hands-on technical experience or working closely with engineering teams is a plus. - Proficient in using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms. - Familiarity with advanced Agile practices such as SAFe, XP, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, and Agile Metrics.,
