We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our Technology team supporting Banking initiatives. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in enabling Agile delivery, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of complex, large-scale initiatives across banking products and platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold Agile and Scrum values, principles, and best practices within cross-functional teams. 
• Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure time-boxing and productivity. 
• Identify, track, and resolve team-level impediments and dependencies to maintain a smooth delivery flow. 
• Coach teams in self-organization, continuous improvement, and Agile maturity, enabling delivery of high-quality business value. 
• Support teams in achieving sprint goals, creating meaningful increments, and aligning with broader program objectives. 
• Partner with stakeholders and product owners to ensure clear requirements and transparent communication. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date metrics using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. 
• Promote Agile culture, servant leadership, and a continuous learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• 6–9 years of total experience, with 3+ years specifically as a Scrum Master. 
• Prior hands-on technical experience or working closely with engineering teams is a plus. 
• Proficient in using Agile tools such as

  Jira

  ,

  Confluence

  , and other collaboration platforms. 
• Familiarity with advanced Agile practices such as SAFe, XP, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, and Agile Metrics.
