Senior Associate/Scrum Master

Location: Pune (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Experience Required: 6+ years overall, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master

• Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working.

• Mandatory, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master

• Good to have agile delivery experience with Microsoft products (e.g. Dynamics) and data transformation would be helpful

1. Should have knowledge of Jira & confluence
2. Certified in CSM/PSM,SAFe SSM
3. Good to have knowledge on CI/CD and devops tooling and process

4. Preferably exp. in BFSI or Peer banks (Employee or Contractor) and Specific experience with Microsoft products (e.g. Dynamics) and data transformation would be helpful
