Release Train Engineer (RTE)/PMO

As a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with 10-12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding Agile Release Trains (ART) through empowerment, support, and coaching. Your deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles will enable you to facilitate key ART events, coach teams on SAFe practices, and drive continuous improvement within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitating ART Events: You will lead key ART events such as PI Planning, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other synchronization meetings to ensure alignment and transparency. - Coaching and Mentoring: Your role involves coaching teams on SAFe principles and practices, helping them adopt Lean-Agile methodologies, and enhancing their performance. - Removing Impediments: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the ART's progress, working with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. - Managing Risks: Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the ART's objectives. - Fostering Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the ART, encouraging teams to identify areas for enhancement and implement changes. - Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and other ARTs to ensure alignment and effective delivery of value. - Tracking Progress and Reporting: Monitor the ART's progress against objectives, track key metrics, and report on the ART's performance. - Supporting Lean-Agile Transformation: Help embed Lean-Agile principles and practices across the enterprise as part of the broader organizational transformation. - Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Management, System Architect, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective value delivery. - Project Governance: Establish and maintain a governance framework to ensure projects align with organizational strategy and objectives. - Project Management Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain a project management methodology, including processes, templates, and tools. - Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation, and strategic objective achievement. - Budget Management: Rigorously track project expenditures to ensure they remain within agreed budgets.
