• SAFe Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its principles.

• Facilitation: Strong facilitation skills to lead ART events and workshops.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve impediments and risks.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Coaching: Experience in coaching teams on Agile and SAFe practices.
• Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts within the ART.
• Continuous Improvement: Passion for driving continuous improvement and optimizing processes.

Role & responsibilities :

• Facilitating ART Events - facilitates key ART events like PI Planning, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other synchronization meetings.
• Coaching and Mentoring -  coach teams on SAFe principles and practices, helping them to adopt Lean-Agile methodologies and improve their performance.
• Removing Impediments - Identify and removes impediments that hinder the ART's progress, working with teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Managing Risks - Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the ART's objectives.
• Fostering Continuous Improvement - promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the ART, encouraging teams to identify areas for enhancement and implement changes.
• Communication and Collaboration - facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and other ARTs, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Tracking Progress and Reporting - RTE monitors the ART's progress against objectives, tracks key metrics, and reports on the ART's performance.
• Supporting Lean-Agile Transformation - play a crucial role in the organization's broader Lean-Agile transformation, helping to embed these principles and practices across the enterprise.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders - work with Product Management, System Architect, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of value.
• Project Governance: Establish and maintain a governance framework to ensure that projects are aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Project Management Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain a project management methodology, including processes, templates, and tools.
• Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring that projects are prioritized, resourced, and managed to achieve strategic objectives.
• Budget management - Track project expenditures rigorously to ensure they remain within the agreed budgets.
