Job Summary

Carino System Windows is looking for a committed Site Coordinator to supervise and manage the installation of windows and doors at project sites across Kerala. The role involves assigning installation teams to ongoing sites and coordinating with production and other departments to ensure projects are completed smoothly and within the agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the installation of windows and doors at various project sites
• Assign and manage installation teams across ongoing and upcoming sites based on project requirements
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials
• Plan and track site schedules to ensure completion within given timelines
• Act as a liaison between site teams, contractors, and the head office
• Monitor site progress and submit regular updates and reports
• Identify and resolve site-level issues to prevent delays
• Ensure installation work meets company quality and safety standards

Eligibility & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar site coordination or supervision role
• Candidates from the building material industry (windows, doors, aluminum, uPVC, or related fields) will be preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills
• Practical knowledge of window and door installation processes
• Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic reporting and documentation abilities

Travel Requirement

• Must be willing to travel extensively across Kerala to supervise ongoing site work

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
